To guarantee the smooth running of the Good Luck Beijing 2007 International Judo Open, we provide safe, punctual, reliable and convenient transportation services. The Organizing Committee will be responsible for local transportation services necessary for picking up and dropping off IJF President, IJF General Secretary and IJF officials, media and athletes. Two Audi cars are provided respectively for the IJF President and General Secretary, two Hyundai mini-buses for the technical delegates and one 35-seat bus for the IJF officials. Three 15-seat buses are dedicated to NTOs and ITOs, and five 35-seat buses to the athletes. Two 35-seat buses and two 15-seat buses are supplied to the media. Dedicated parking lots are provided around the venue. The shuttle bus operation schedule is arranged according to the competition schedule. Each team please makes confirmation three hours before departure. The shuttle bus returns to the hotel 40 minutes after the athletes finish their games.

When athletes leave the venue late because of post-competition dope test, press conference or other special reasons, additional vehicles will be provided.

According to the pre-competition training schedule, we provide shuttle buses for competition teams to commute between the hotel and the training venue. Reservation for the vehicle should be made one day in advance, and the training team should confirm the reservation and will be informed of the departure time three hours before departure. After training, the shuttle bus returns to the hotel.

If the athletes need transportation services to go to watch the game, their team should make a reservation about the game session and time through the liaison appointed by the Sport Department before 10 p.m. each day. The local transport accordingly arranges vehicles for them.

Transportation services are also provided for the national and international accredited media accommodated in the media hotel.

Media’s self-driving vehicles have to apply to the Organizing Committee for special passes in advance. When interviewing, they have to park their vehicles in the designated parking lot under direction of the venue transportation management personnel.
