The Organizing Committee provides first aid services in the competition venue and the official hotel.

The expenses of the first aid taking place in the venue and the official hotel are born by the Organizing Committee,while expenses taking place in the hospital are born by the patient party.

The Organizing Committee designates the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital and the Peking University Third Hospital as the service hospitals.

Insurances for the athletes are a must to sign up for the competition, which is the responsibility of the associations or federations the athletes belong to. All participating teams should supply personal accident insurance at their own account.

The public liability insurance for the competition, including the third party liability insurance in the venue and the official hotel during the competition is at the account of the Organizing Committee.
