1. Teams may start to reserve their accommodation from 1 March, 2007.

2. The Organizing Committee will make a tentative hotel allocation according to room availability on the basis of "first come, first served", and will notify the teams of their reservation by fax or e-mail.

3. Room reservation may only be confirmed when a deposit of 40% of the total price is received by the Organizing Committee.  Cancellation can be done before 1 May, 2007 without any loss of the deposit. Any cancellation between 1 May, 2007 and 20 July, 2007 will result in loss of 25% of the full price of the cancelled rooms to be deducted from the deposit. If there is any cancellation after 20 July, 2007, the deposit of the cancelled rooms will not be refund.

4. Reservation request made after July 20, 2007 will not be guaranteed. The Organizing Committee will make the best effort to find appropriate accommodation for the teams according to room availability. 

5. Teams shall settle the balance of the overall payment upon check-in after arriving in Beijing.

6. Teams shall make the best effort to provide the Organizing Committee, no later than July 20, 2007, with detailed guest information including name list, flight/train numbers and arrival time to facilitate the Organizing Committee to make room allotment and transport arrangement.
